- Experience in executing food and beverage service in a catering or events setting

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate and execute meetings/events according to the needs of private events clients in a timely manner
- Maintain constant communication with the client before and during their meetings/events
- Responsible for all event services staffing coordination, including part-time staff needs and scheduling full-time staff for assistance as needed
- Coordinate outside service needs with clients, event planners or other vendors, commonly rentals
- Lead internal communication between events staff, food and beverage staff, operations staff and others to ensure proper execution of events
- Maintain record of all event-related expenses and work with accounting staff for invoicing and revenue tracking
- Serve as front-of-house lead to ensure proper food and beverage service execution
- Maintain the proper image and generate positive public relations with clients, patrons and staff
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Help manage the overall ballpark calendar and maximize revenue by targeting RiverDogs-produced events throughout the year
- Attract sponsors, lead marketing efforts, sell tickets, work with vendors, and execute non-baseball events such as annual Golf Tournament, 5K Run, Oldtimers Softball Game
