Job Requirements
- Must be a college junior, senior or graduate student
- Availability to work 24 hours a week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to function and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate a positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English both orally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- Must be a college junior, senior or graduate student
- Recommended for sport management, business, hospitality majors or related fields
- Campus leadership experience is a plus
- Availability to work 24 hours a week including evenings and weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English both orally and in writing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties
- Assist event managers in coordinating various types of events including meetings, banquets, trade shows, sports events, concerts, and graduations
- Assist events department in management of part-time staff including scheduling, deployment for events, and supervising
- Complete special projects as assigned by management
- Maintain inventory of all department supplies including staff shirts, radios, and wristbands
- Attend departmental and building meetings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
