Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, event coordination, or related field
  • 3+ years professional experience in building operations, event management, or administrative support

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for Youth For Christ USA-led events and internal gatherings
  • Serve as primary onsite coordinator for Denver-based events ensuring excellence and hospitality
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to support C-Suite leaders and board members
  • Support HR onboarding with event-related preparation and welcome logistics
  • Coordinate vendor communications for event services and ensure quality standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation of event logistics processes
  • Track and report post-event feedback for future improvements
  • Collaborate with Strategic Alignment leadership on event execution
  • Manage AV inventory and event tech support
  • Provide hospitality for internal national events and meetings
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenant relations and suite culture
  • Implement building-wide cultural initiatives aligned with organizational values
  • Oversee daily building operations including HVAC, safety inspections, and maintenance
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and address service needs
  • Manage room reservations and building access
  • Handle mail processing, supply inventory, and security procedures
  • Monitor and manage facilities expenses and budget tracking
  • Maintain records for compliance and reporting
  • Implement sustainability practices related to recycling and energy use
  • Coordinate Airbnb reservations, transportation, and local logistics for visiting staff
  • Prepare welcome kits and orientation materials for new hires and guests
  • Provide administrative support for cross-departmental events and trainings
  • Respond to building and logistics inquiries ensuring operational standards
  • Assist in reconciling shared event and facility expenses including vendor payments
  • Seek God’s guidance through prayer, participate and lead regular devotion and worship
  • Teach and preach from the Bible at meetings and events
  • Model empathy, humility, and care promoting equity and inclusion
  • Participate in fundraising activities by engaging with donors and inviting to events
