Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management
Wedding experience
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to make quick decisions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events
Develop and implement event strategies focused on revenue growth, brand enhancement, and guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing events team
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and event logistics
Partner with internal teams on marketing and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
