Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • basic knowledge of AV equipment setup is a plus
  • valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist attendees with a welcoming and positive attitude
  • promptly address attendee concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • assist with transporting and setting up event equipment including engagement stages and sound systems
  • ensure event spaces are prepared according to specifications with signage, displays, and audio visual equipment properly in place
  • dismantle and pack event materials ensuring all items are safely stored post-event
  • manage event tasks such as registration, crowd control, and addressing guest inquiries
  • supervise cleanliness and maintain the organization of event spaces throughout the event
