The Events Coordinator role at Life Time is a pivotal position within the Events and Corporate Communications team, dedicated to providing both logistical and tactical support for club events and adult programming. This includes overseeing sports programs such as Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of these adult sports activities, ensuring that members enjoy an engaging and successful program that aligns with Life Time’s overarching goals for member satisfaction and retention. By facilitating seamless event operations and supporting robust promotional efforts, the Events Coordinator contributes directly to enhancing the overall member experience.

The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics, manage marketing campaigns for club events, and engage members to boost participation and enjoyment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

Job Duties
- Coordinate Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Deliver desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provide project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engage with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
- Support adult sports programming including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops
- Ensure events align with Life Time's mission and vision
- Promote member retention by enhancing the member experience
