The Events Coordinator role within Life Time is a vital position that supports the Events and Corporate Communications team along with the adult sports programming sectors such as squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops. This role is specifically designed to enhance the member experience by ensuring all adult programming and associated events are executed flawlessly and align with Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statement. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for logistical and tactical support that guarantees all events within the club create a positive, memorable experience for members and encourage community involvement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics effectively, managing documentation and reporting to measure event success, and assisting with marketing campaigns that drive participation in club events.
In addition to these operational tasks, the Events Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the club and its members, engaging actively to promote adult programs and events. This engagement is crucial not only in driving attendance but also in supporting member retention by providing excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships. The role demands excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. CPR and AED certification are required to ensure safety standards are upheld during programming. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
