Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience in event engagement analytics
  • Knowledge of vendor and third-party project management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Experience with digital event and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to manage schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to travel 20-30 percent as per company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with project managing event programs preferably in B2B financial services environment
  • Proven ability to plan, manage and execute multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience in event engagement and sentiment analytics
  • Considerable knowledge of vendor and third-party project management and negotiation
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Experience with social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Experience with digital events tools both collaboration and virtual events platforms
  • Self-sufficient with ability to work autonomously on strategic and tactical activities
  • Moderate experience with video and podcasting platforms and promotion of posted content

Job Duties

  • Implement and execute 20-30 event engagements per year
  • Support logistics, communications, list management, and budget including invoicing
  • Develop and lead an integrated marketing approach for regional event activations including PR, social, content strategy, client and internal communications, lead generation and marketing analytics
  • Develop communications plans across event lifecycle including client communications, agenda programming and promotions
  • Partner with global events colleagues and marketing channel leads to ensure alignment across client event experience
  • Manage regional reporting including calendaring, event guides, budget and metrics
  • Manage vendors including governance and due diligence requirements
