Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts prior to events to make introductions and confirm arrangements
- articulate guest needs from banquet event orders
- respond to special requests related to setup, timelines, and catering elements
- ensure compliance with company, safety, and security protocols
- report any accidents or unsafe conditions promptly
- complete all mandated safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- support teamwork and common goals
- handle logistical tasks related to event setup and inspection of equipment and tools
