Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive event planning activities including room bookings, setup configurations, catering arrangements, and audiovisual capabilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for workplace experience initiatives across multiple locations
  • Provide continuous support for large-scale groups requiring dedicated conference space and ongoing assistance
  • Organize and facilitate social experiences that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Maintain organized records management systems and handle basic bookkeeping functions
  • Prepare and process invoices, reports, correspondence, financial statements, and other administrative documents
  • Respond to routine inquiries and manage incoming correspondence including emails and other communications
  • Order supplies and ensure operational needs are met efficiently
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements throughout each workday
