Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Good written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, and using ladders
- Must be able to engage with guests of all ages and maintain a positive, respectful attitude

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, face painting, and party activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after each event
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team
- Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
