In this position, the Events Coordinator will be accountable for negotiating vendor contracts, overseeing booth logistics, and ensuring all events run seamlessly from setup through breakdown. The goal is to maximize brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects through scheduled in-home consultations. Job Duties
- Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements
- negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers
- develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar
- recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
- schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
- generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments
- collect and manage lead information and contest entries
- follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions
- track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI
