The Events Coordinator role at Idaho Youth Ranch is a crucial position that directly supports the organization's fundraising efforts and growth initiatives. Located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, this role involves leading, organizing, and executing the Idaho Youth Ranch's signature fundraising event in North Idaho, as well as related donor appreciation activities and other fundraising programs. The funds generated through these events are vital to the expansion and sustainability of IYR's programs, enabling continued outreach and service delivery to youth across the state.

This position requires a highly organized individual with strong event management skills who can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment. With over three years of proven experience in event management and donor solicitation, the coordinator will oversee all logistical aspects of fundraising events, coordinate wrap-up efforts, and execute activities that enhance donor engagement and recognition. This role also includes identifying potential major gift prospects and maintaining effective donor recognition strategies, making it an integral function in fostering lasting relationships with IYR's supporter base.
