The Events Coordinator role at Faith Church is a pivotal position responsible for assisting the Events Director in the successful planning, preparation, benchmarking, and execution of all church events. This role is deeply integrated with the ministry teams and requires the management and development of Dream Teams to support various ministry initiatives. An essential function of this position is to lead Dream Team members, ensuring their recruitment, maintenance, and growth align with the church's vision and culture. The coordinator will innovate and apply creativity in their responsibilities, requiring originality and imagination to craft unique event experiences that reflect the church's mission. Responsibilities include conducting research for event possibilities, creating comprehensive execution plans, maintaining event timelines and resumes, and liaising with vendors to ensure seamless event operations. The coordinator is also tasked with on-site event production management, post-event evaluations, and financial tracking including budgets, invoicing, and contract preparation. Technical details such as staging, lighting, sound, and multimedia production are coordinated by this position alongside logistical considerations like food and beverage arrangements, transportation, and staffing. Leadership duties involve mentoring Dream Team leaders, fostering a team culture of value and growth, and ensuring the alignment of all activities with Faith Church’s core values and spiritual mission. The role demands excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office suite and the ability to multitask under pressure. The position requires a strong sense of integrity, commitment to the church’s vision, and active participation in church life, including regular attendance at services and personal involvement in connect groups. Physical demands include primarily office-based work with periods of high energy required during event times. The weekly schedule consists of 40 to 45 hours with some flexibility required for evening or weekend events, especially during key church seasons like Christmas and Easter. Local travel between campuses is expected, with occasional overnight trips. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist events director in event preparation and planning
- collaborate with ministry teams and manage Dream Teams
- create event execution plans and timelines

- close out events including post event reviews and thank you notes
- manage event budgets, finances, and prepare progress reports
- coordinate facility rentals, event scheduling and contract preparation
- finalize event content including speaker selection and material proofreading
- organize technical requirements for events
- arrange food, beverage, transportation and photographer scheduling
- lead and develop Dream Teams and maintain team culture
- write and refine event policies and procedures
- conduct onsite campus visits for training and culture maintenance
