Job Requirements

  • intermediate practical experience in event planning
  • proven events planning or organizing experience
  • high energy and ability to work during events
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • strong administrative skills
  • experience leading teams
  • ability to work independently
  • willingness to travel locally between campuses
  • commitment to church values and regular attendance
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an events planner or organizer
  • bachelor’s degree in events management or related field preferred
  • excellent communication skills including writing and proofreading
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communications
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and staff
  • experience leading and mentoring teams
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and under pressure
  • mature follower of Christ with alignment to Faith Church values

Job Duties

  • assist events director in event preparation and planning
  • collaborate with ministry teams and manage Dream Teams
  • create event execution plans and timelines
  • liaise with vendors and manage on-site event production
  • close out events including post event reviews and thank you notes
  • manage event budgets, finances, and prepare progress reports
  • coordinate facility rentals, event scheduling and contract preparation
  • finalize event content including speaker selection and material proofreading
  • organize technical requirements for events
  • arrange food, beverage, transportation and photographer scheduling
  • lead and develop Dream Teams and maintain team culture
  • write and refine event policies and procedures
  • conduct onsite campus visits for training and culture maintenance
