The Events Coordinator role at R.D. Offutt Company is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who thrives on creating memorable experiences and ensuring events run smoothly. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and executing meetings and events that foster collaboration, connection, and a strong company culture. The Events Coordinator will manage all logistics related to event scheduling, venue setup, and coordination with both internal teams and external vendors to meet and exceed event expectations. Responsibilities also include supporting hospitality efforts, such as coordinating catering and ensuring event supplies and spaces are event-ready.
