As an Event Coordinator supporting the Event Attendee Experience team at Unbridled, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for event attendees and clients alike. This role involves building registration websites, managing housing and rooming lists, creating and managing email campaigns, handling data management and reporting, and supporting overall attendee experience logistics for client events. The position demands excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong internal and external customer service capabilities.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple ongoing projects while adhering to tight deadlines. Flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities quickly are necessary to thrive in this role. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Account teams to support pre-planning, reporting, and logistics details. Your responsibilities will include managing registration systems, quality control of data, and providing top-tier customer service to clients and attendees throughout all event phases. As part of representing Unbridled, you will be expected to embody the company’s brand values such as character, change, credibility, and community. This role also offers opportunities for travel to client programs and events, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience in executing event technology and attendee management tasks onsite.

Job Requirements
- 1 - 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning role or internship
- Proficiency and knowledge with registration software such as Cvent or other registration websites preferred but not required
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and enjoys problem solving
- Effective professional business communication skills including written, spoken, and presentation
- Comfort and professionalism working directly with client contacts during all phases of the planning and execution of their meeting
- Superior customer service skills
- Quick learner, organized, and ability to apply new concepts to future tasks
- Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent the company and clients
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with adhering to tight deadlines
- Collaborate with project managers on pre-planning, reporting and logistics details
- Support account teams with crosschecks as needed and data quality control
- Communicate professionally with attendees via email, phone, and in-person
- Build, test and launch program websites utilizing registration software
- Build and manage event rooming lists with hotels
- Data management and reporting
- Crosscheck and quality control of air manifests pre-and post-event
- Provide accurate program reconciliations
- Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress
- Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets regularly
- Travel onsite to execute small event technology and attendee management needs
- Embody the Unbridled brand and culture including character, change, credibility, and community
