Job Requirements

Mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate biblical beliefs and their application within the context of Fresno Mission
Ability to handle confidential and personal information with dependability and trustworthiness
Experience with event coordination or related administrative tasks
Ability to work occasionally evenings and weekends
Strong organizational skills
Compassionate and respectful attitude
Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities

Job Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft 365 and email communication
Experience using databases
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mature walk with Jesus Christ and ability to articulate biblical beliefs

Job Duties

Schedule, organize, and communicate with staff and renters on potential events, timelines, details, and payments
Work with Development Team to plan and execute large scale events that range from a dozen to thousands of people
Work with external vendors to coordinate various aspects of events
Coordinate meetings, special dinners, events, internal and external
Work with Development Team on communicating with donor’s options of giving and volunteering
Be a team player
