Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage customers of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate craft projects and provide instructions to participants including face painting
  • prepare and set up birthday party additions like gift bags and balloons according to company standards
  • inform customers and team members about upcoming events
  • perform administrative tasks such as answering emails, making calls, and completing paperwork
  • adjust event plans and create contingency plans based on customer feedback
  • ensure customer satisfaction during events
  • maintain company standards for cleanliness and safety including setup and cleanup before and after events
