Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work full-time
- Must adhere to company safety and security policies
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and on the phone
- Willingness to perform additional reasonable duties
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
- Basic knowledge of event coordination and banquet operations
- Ability to follow safety and security guidelines
- Capability to handle physical job demands
Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones with proper etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
