Paragon 28, a subsidiary of Zimmer Biomet, is currently seeking an Events Coordinator to join its Events team based in Englewood, Colorado. The role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional dedicated to managing all aspects of event coordination within Paragon 28. As an essential contributor to the marketing and education efforts, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive administration including handling expense reporting, compliance management, inventory oversight for event supplies, and supporting the orchestration of marketing and sales training events. This role reports directly to the Director of Events and Tradeshows and plays a critical part in ensuring events run smoothly from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
In this position, the Events Coordinator will manage critical logistical components such as registration processes, catering orders, transportation, audio-visual setup, and supply inventory including snacks and promotional materials. The coordinator is also entrusted with tracking and reconciling event budgets, ensuring payment accuracy, and adhering to all compliance regulations governing marketing and medical education events, including FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards. In addition, the role upholds state, federal, and industry codes of conduct, including the AdvaMed Code, to ensure ethical and compliant promotional activities. Up to 25% travel may be required to support offsite events.

Job Duties
- Oversee monthly expense reporting for medical education and marketing events teams
- manage inventory for event supplies including snacks, beverages, promotional items, and decor
- coordinate registration processes such as badges, tent cards, hotel rooming lists, catering orders, audio-visual requests, and transportation logistics
- conduct post-event analysis including surveys and recaps with recommendations for future improvements
- track event-related invoices and expenses for budget reconciliation
- submit vendor invoices for non-credit card payments to accounts payable
- ensure compliance with guidelines and policies including management of surgeon expenses and monthly compliance reporting for marketing and medical education events
- adhere to state, federal, and AdvaMed codes of conduct and industry policies regarding promotional activities
- perform duties in compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards
- carry out additional tasks as assigned
