Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • facilitate party add-ons including goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate with clients and store team members regarding events
  • complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create backup or emergency plans as needed
  • ensure client satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning before and after events
  • help customers shop and locate products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • engage customers in Rewards program and credit card enrollments
  • educate customers about surveys
  • assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
  • participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and policies
  • interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • perform daily store cleanliness activities
