Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Must comply with company policies and safety standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and carrying

- Experience working with children and children's events
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
- Organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
- Retail and/or customer service experience

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by fostering creativity and fun
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on feedback and create emergency backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards for events
- Assist customers with shopping and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout service
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs and comply with SOPs
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Perform daily store cleanliness tasks
