Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in retail or customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting
Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members of all ages
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards

Experience working with children and organizing children's events
Excellent people and communication skills including verbal, written, and nonverbal
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills
Retail and customer service experience
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with diverse groups

Job Duties

Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
Demonstrate and instruct craft project completion and activities like face painting
Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
Communicate event details with clients and team members
Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create emergency backup plans
Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
Set up, break down and clean event areas
Help customers shop and locate products
Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
Promote rewards program and process enrollments
Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
Assist with omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
Perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
Cross train in custom framing sales and production
Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
