Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal job requirements

- Retail and/or customer service experience

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate events and coordinate with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust plans based on client feedback and create emergency backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on customer feedback surveys
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise maintenance
- Support safety, shrink programs, and adhere to company policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with guests and team members
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in store cleanliness activities
