Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly
- Capability to lift heavy boxes and use ladder or similar equipment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to engage in interactive process for accommodations if needed

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects
- Perform face painting and related party activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create and implement backup plans for events
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Assist customers with product location and provide shopping solutions
- Deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote and enroll customers in rewards and credit card programs
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Adhere to company policies, safety programs, and standard operating procedures
- Support shrink and safety initiatives
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Perform daily store housekeeping tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
