Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages to create an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate event details effectively with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Assist customers by helping them shop and providing product solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Support truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and recovery standards
- Participate in shrink and safety programs and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Uphold positive customer and team member interactions and company values
