Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar software
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • support administrative needs across departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
  • create a safe workplace by adhering to company policies
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and departments
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
