Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects and face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate events with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
- Adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs
- Create backup or emergency plans and ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards including set up and clean up
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, merchandise recovery, and planogram processes
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
