Job Description
Oral Roberts University is a Christian University located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, committed to providing a unique Whole Person education. The Event Coordinator position plays a key role in supporting the University's enrollment growth by managing various events tailored for prospective students and current students' engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline preferred)
- 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably within a higher education or non-profit environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
- Proficiency with event management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to the University's mission as a Christ-centered institution
