Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in narrow or confined spaces
- Adherence to company safety and security policies
- Completion of safety training and certifications

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up to ensure compliance with special arrangements
- Adhere to company and safety policies and report unsafe conditions or accidents
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
