We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team. The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, working closely with event coordinators and marketing professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this position, the Events Assistant will assist with the coordination of corporate and promotional events, manage event logistics including scheduling and venue preparation, and communicate with vendors, sponsors, attendees, and event participants to ensure seamless execution. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to help promote events through digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve attendee engagement and overall event success
  • Ensure all events are executed professionally and efficiently from setup through breakdown
