Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Prior experience or coursework in event planning or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate, promotional, and special events
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and vendor communication
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event participants, providing timely support and information
- Organize and maintain event materials, supplies, and inventory to ensure all resources are prepared in advance
- Support administrative event operations by creating timelines, preparing event documentation, and updating databases
- Provide on-site event support, including attendee registration, guest assistance, and troubleshooting during events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote events across digital and traditional marketing channels
