Job Duties
- assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, promotions, and marketing activations
- support event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations
- communicate with vendors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure smooth execution
- maintain and organize event materials, supplies, and inventory
- assist with administrative tasks including event timelines, documentation, and database management
- support event registration, attendee check-in, and guest assistance during live events
- collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and outreach efforts
- contribute creative ideas to improve event experience and attendee engagement
