Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events from start to finish
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Support in preparing event materials, schedules, and layouts
  • Help manage event budgets, timelines, and reports
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all events and activities
  • Assist in post-event evaluations to improve processes and outcomes
