Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
  • strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office suite and event management software a plus
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

Job Duties

  • assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events from start to finish
  • coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • support in preparing event materials, schedules, and layouts
  • help manage event budgets, timelines, and reports
  • provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and breakdown
  • maintain accurate records and files for all events and activities
  • assist in post-event evaluations to improve processes and outcomes
