Job Duties

  • support the setup, dismantling, and overall coordination of promotional event sites
  • welcome visitors, answer questions, and share information about products and services
  • enhance the customer journey by assisting the sales team during live events
  • liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure event readiness
  • maintain a polished, professional, and inviting event presence
  • monitor event performance, collect feedback, and provide reports to supervisors
  • ensure all branding elements, displays, and marketing materials are presented correctly
  • address on-site challenges proactively to keep events running smoothly
  • contribute to post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up tasks
