Job Duties
- Support the setup and dismantling of promotional event sites
- welcome visitors and answer questions
- share information about products and services
- assist the sales team during live events
- liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments
- maintain a polished and professional event presence
- monitor event performance and collect feedback
- ensure correct presentation of branding elements and marketing materials
- address on-site challenges proactively
- contribute to post-event evaluations and administrative follow-up
