Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- minimum of three years event planning experience
- at least one year experience with volunteer management
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- strong organizational skills
- proficiency in technology usage for tracking activity
- proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- at least three years of experience in event planning
- at least one year of experience in volunteer management
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- capability in using technology to track activities
- problem-solving and data analysis skills
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Job Duties
- Plan, organize and execute donor cultivation events and major fundraisers
- coordinate professional training sessions and parent/caregiver education events
- organize community events that bring families and the community together
- identify volunteer needs and develop recruitment strategies
- post volunteer opportunities and conduct interviews
- onboard and place volunteers in appropriate roles
- monitor volunteer activities and provide recognition
- collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance event and volunteer program effectiveness
