Job Description

First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard are distinguished financial institutions known for their robust commitment to personal success, respect, health, wellness, fun, and community involvement. As part of one of the nation's strongest financial organizations, these banks pride themselves on fostering a customer-centric environment characterized by integrity, collaborative spirit, and a deep sense of purpose. The culture here is uniquely designed to reward, value, and celebrate employees for their contributions, creating a thriving workplace with a dedication to employee growth, wellness, and satisfaction. In addition to offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities, First PREMIER Bank encourages participation in a vibrant workplace culture filled with events such as private concerts, outdoor bashes, and exciting giveaways. These initiatives reflect a commitment not only to employee well-being but also to engaging and giving back to the communities they serve. The organization follows "The PREMIER Way," which is a set of shared views and values guiding every member of the team from executives to new hires in how they treat customers, coworkers, and communities. This philosophy serves as a foundation for success both inside and outside the workplace, underscoring the company's dedication to investing in its employees and their families as well as the communities.

The role being offered is based in Sioux Falls, SD, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, at First PREMIER Bank. This position is crucial in providing key administrative and operational support with a special focus on managing the bank's corporate sponsorship ticketing and event representation. The job entails ownership of processes, independent decision-making, and coordination across multiple teams, balancing operational details with relationship management. Responsibilities include administering the corporate sponsorship ticketing process—overseeing intake, tracking, organization, and fulfillment—as well as continuously improving ticketing workflows for clarity and efficiency across departments. The individual will be responsible for managing communications related to ticket allocation, confirmations, and follow-ups, ensuring the bank's effective representation at sponsored local events such as galas, tables, and community gatherings. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of ticket usage supports reporting and provides data for future planning.

Beyond ticket management, this role encompasses general administrative tasks for the Marketing, Professional Development, and Digital teams, such as scheduling, calendar management, invoice processing, and general ledger tracking. The individual will proofread and review content to ensure consistency and accuracy across multiple departments. Support for PREMIER's internal Learning Management System (PREMIER University) is another vital aspect, including tracking content updates, assisting with class registrations, and archiving materials. Coordination of training courses, professional development events, and preparation of presentations and reports further emphasize the collaborative and dynamic nature of the position. The role involves regular interaction with external vendors and agencies to support event logistics and marketing initiatives, all within compliance frameworks for data privacy, regulatory standards, and internal policies. This multifaceted position demands strong organizational skills, proactive decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the entire Office Suite is needed, and an associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Previous administrative, operational, or banking experience, along with expertise in event ticketing and coordination, is also favored.
