The Events Coordinator role at Life Time serves as a crucial link between the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult programming within the club, supporting sports such as squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops. This position plays an integral role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and promotion of adult sports events and activities that enhance member engagement and retention. The coordinator is responsible for delivering logistic and tactical support to ensure all events align with Life Time’s mission and uphold the company’s high standards for member experience. The role focuses on facilitating seamless collaboration among internal teams and coordinating with external vendors to manage in-center event logistics effectively. In addition to project managing event marketing campaigns, the coordinator actively engages with members and potential members to promote club events and programs, ultimately driving participation and strengthening the sense of community within the club. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of juggling multiple tasks, maintaining clear communication, and providing exemplary service to enrich the club environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required

Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
