The Events Coordinator position at Life Time plays a crucial role in supporting the Events and Corporate Communications team, particularly focusing on adult sports programming, including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. This role requires logistical and tactical support to ensure that all adult sports events are successful, engaging, and aligned with Life Time's mission and vision. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage in-center event logistics, ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, this role will contribute to member retention by delivering outstanding member experiences and assisting with promotional activities to engage both members and non-members.

Job Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
