Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years' experience in sales or lead generation at shows and events
Outgoing personality with extroverted and friendly traits
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Persuasive and results-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation for travel to event locations with setup items
Ability to attend monthly department and company meetings
Clean criminal background
Drug-free status

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ years' experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn and execute sales scripts

Job Duties

Engage prospects by initiating conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments
Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs
Learn and execute our scripts accurately
Represent Payless Kitchen & Bath at trade shows, events, festivals, fairs, expos, and retail locations
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to build rapport with event attendees
Participate in monthly department meetings and other company meetings
Transport setup items to and from events and assist with setup and takedown
