Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
outgoing personality, extroverted and friendly personality
self-motivated and a strong work ethic
persuasive and results-oriented
requires the ability to stand for long periods of time
must be flexible to work evenings and weekends
reliable transportation required to travel to events
attend monthly department and company meetings
clean criminal background and drug-free required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Engage prospects: initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments
schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss their kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs
learn and execute our scripts
travel with setup items to events
attend monthly department and company meetings
