Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in event coordination or operations
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency with event management and office software
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred
  • proven experience in event planning and operational coordination
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
  • liaise with vendors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure successful event execution
  • manage event budgets and process related financial transactions
  • oversee operational aspects such as inventory management and scheduling
  • develop and maintain project timelines and ensure adherence
  • provide on-site support during events to handle any arising issues
  • collaborate with internal teams to improve event and operational processes
