The role of Events and Ministry Coordinator at Apartment Life is a pivotal position dedicated to enriching the lives of apartment residents through the planning and execution of carefully crafted social activities and meaningful resident interactions. This paid part-time position offers a wage of $20 per hour, with a commitment of up to 16 hours per month, primarily during evenings and weekends when most residents are home. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • have basic fluency in English
  • possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
  • have access to reliable transportation
  • be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • have availability mainly in evenings and weekends
  • able to commit to the minimum term commitment of the position

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • legally eligible to work in the United States
  • basic fluency in English for composing marketing materials and reports
  • possess current driver’s license and liability insurance
  • access to reliable transportation
  • physical ability to perform various physical activities including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • availability for weekly hours mainly evenings and weekends
  • ability to commit to the minimum term of service
  • previous event planning experience preferred
  • experience working within a budget preferred
  • relevant social media experience preferred
  • network of support through potential volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred

Job Duties
