Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability to commit weekly hours mainly evenings and weekends
- Ability to make minimum term commitment
Job Qualifications

- Be physically able to perform duties including use of stairs and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Have availability mainly in evenings and weekends
- Be able to make minimum term commitment
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience working with a budget preferred
- Some experience with social media preferred
- Have a support network through volunteers or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2-4 events per month for residents with focus on care and connection
- Provide caring support to residents and staff using community networks
- Enhance online reputation by encouraging resident testimonials
- Develop marketing materials including calendars, flyers, and social media content
- Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries
- Collaborate with staff and program directors for event planning and development
- Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to support events
- Visit new residents after move-in and residents near lease-end to build connections
