Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports
- Possess current driver's license and liability insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability for weekly hours mainly evenings and weekends
- Ability to commit minimum term to serving apartment community
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Basic fluency in English for marketing and reporting
- Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work mainly evenings and weekends
- Ability to commit to minimum term of service
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience managing budgets preferred
- Some experience using social media preferred
- Established network of potential volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2 events each month for apartment residents with the purpose of community building and care
- Provide personal communication and acts of genuine care to residents and staff leveraging volunteer support
- Develop and distribute marketing materials such as monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
- Manage the event budget and prepare monthly summaries
- Collaborate with staff and program directors for ongoing development and planning
- Engage and coordinate volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize event impact
- Visit new residents shortly after move-in and residents nearing lease end to build connections
