Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance and access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have availability to commit weekly hours mainly in evenings and weekends
- Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serve in the apartment community
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Have availability mainly in evenings and weekends
- Be able to make the minimum term commitment to the role
- Previous event planning experience preferred
- Experience working within a budget preferred
- Some relevant experience using social media preferred
- Have a network of support through volunteers, vendors, or community partners preferred
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2-4 events per month for residents with the purpose of caring and connecting
- Provide a caring touch to residents and staff using community support
- Enhance online reputation by inviting residents to share experiences
- Develop marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social media posts
- Manage event budget process
- Prepare monthly summaries
- Meet with staff and program director for planning and development
- Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact
- Visit new residents shortly after move-in and those near lease end to connect with them
