As Wunsche Bros. continues to expand its events and catering services, they are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Events & Catering Sales Manager to join their team. This is a growth-focused role centered on relationship-building and community engagement that plays a crucial part in expanding the company’s event business. The Events & Catering Sales Manager is expected to be a highly motivated individual who thrives on creating new business opportunities, developing lasting connections with clients, and guiding them through the planning and booking process to ensure memorable events.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, networking with community groups and local businesses, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality. The role involves hands-on interaction with guests to identify potential leads during their visits, as well as external outreach to generate new bookings. They will conduct site tours to showcase the venue's unique spaces and historic charm and assist clients in selecting menus and event options tailored to their needs. A key part of the job is maintaining communication with potential clients from the initial inquiry to the final deposit collection and event confirmation.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
