Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in events or catering administration
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • strong attention to detail
  • availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Qualifications

  • background in hospitality
  • proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • experience handling Banquet Event Orders
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to provide exceptional guest service
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • performing word-processing, typing, emailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail, and other general office tasks
  • assisting and responding to requests from clients and colleagues promptly, in a friendly and efficient manner
  • creating, organizing, and managing files
  • answering phone calls and managing email correspondence via Outlook
  • arranging travel and transportation as needed
  • creating and executing amenity requests
  • creating and distributing Banquet Event Orders
  • supporting various general office duties and assisting with special projects as necessary
